Transformation Tuesday

We go through different transformations throughout our life, but only if we're willing.
I say that because, stemming from my previous post, without change there is no change. There are some who have gotten so comfortable, the thought of stepping out of that comfort zone makes no sense. Why risk things to change dramatically, even if it's for the better, when you're already living in comfort?
I'm not only talking about physical transformations either - a transformation of your mindset is 10x more powerful than that of the physical kind. Trust me when I say, it's always worth it.
I feel a transformation coming my way - it's hard to explain, but I have an unshakable feeling that things are about to change, for the better. My mindset is shifting. After failing to stick to an exercise routine all year, the motivation to get back in shape is coming in hot. My desire to share my story, my thoughts, and experiences, in hopes of being able to help others, is more prominent than ever. Not entirely sure where this motivation and energy are coming from, but I'm taking it and running!
Saying positive things out loud about my own situation used to scare me; I always thought I would jinx it if I spoke about it before it has happened. Now, I think of it as speaking it into existence.
No need to self-sabotage what's for me. I deserve all the good that comes into my life - so do you, my loves. Quit the mindset that you're not deserving, because you are. We're all humans, and we all have our fair share of sins and wrongdoings. As long as you're working towards finding yourself and not hurting anyone along the way, you deserve all the good that comes in your life too.
As for all the bad? They're just lessons to build strength, teach what we have yet to learn, and build character. (Mind you, there will be times amidst all the bad that I will forget these things, but time truly heals and again, we're only human).
It's never too late to transform, and there's no reason why we can't do it over and over again. Don't like the person you're becoming? Change. Don't like your current situation? Switch something up that will lead you towards your goal. Easier said than done, but something has to be done. As I said previously, baby steps count :).
I'm thankful that I have something that really helped me with my mental clarity as I was going through the miscarriage. Something that helped keep my health in check, as well as gave me energy to add some productivity in my daily routine - preventing myself from falling into a hole of sadness and depression. What this is, however, is for a different post.
With this year being so different from most, I urge you to not let the negativity get in the way and take that step you've been wanting to take - don't wait until January 1st. If the desire is there, then just go for it! But, if this year was too hard and filled with trials and tribulations, by all means spend the rest of the year taking the rest and relaxation you deserve.
What I'm trying to say is, whatever it is you're going through and whatever it is you're wanting for yourself, it's all attainable. My situation is different from yours, so don't let some stranger on the internet tell you what to do. I trust you know what you need to do for yourself to transform your own situation, and if you need someone to turn to, I'll be here.
